PLEASY MAC N CHEESY
You will need:
- non stick cooking spray
- 8 oz elbow macaroni, cooked and drained
- 3 c sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 (12 oz) can evaporated milk
- 1 1/2 c milk
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 tsp salt (or to taste)
- 1/2 tsp black pepper (or to taste)
Instructions:
Lightly grease slow cooker with non stick cooking spray. Add the cooked macaroni. Top with 2 1/2 cups cheese, milk, eggs and seasonings; stir well. Sprinkle with the remaining cheese. Cover and cook on low for 5-6 hours or until the mixture is firm and golden around the edges. Do not uncover or stir during cooking. Serves 4
